The foundation for abundance is acknowledging all the blessings in your life.
Practicing gratitude daily helps us to recognize the positive in our lives, which in turn makes us happier. Besides being based in scripture, research has shown us the value of gratitude. Ancient
Gratitude is more than feeling thankful, it is a deeper appreciation/acknowledgement for someone or something. It can be considered both a state of being or a character trait to be developed or strengthened. As a subject that has been widely researched, we can be confident that expressing gratitude improves our sense of well-being and, strengthens our relationships, makes us more optimistic and increases our happiness — overall leading to a better outlook on life.
